Cancellation Policy

Last Revised: 8/24/17

We’re sorry to see you go, but we wish you all the best in life, health, and tennis.

Did you know that you can take a Leave of Absence (LOA) for 6 months up to 12 months if you’re going to be out or have a medical issue that keeps you from using the club? To learn more about our (LOA) policy email membership@rrctennis.com

In order to cancel your membership, a written notice is required.  To cancel on the 1st day of the following month, your written notice must be submitted by the 25th day of the current month.

For example, if your notice is received on or before April 25th, then your membership will cancel as of the 1st of May. If your notice is received after the 25th of April, then your membership will cancel on the 1st  of June.

Your request may be filled out in person at the Business Office, through email to the business office: accounting@rrctennis.com, or via certified mail.

Upon cancellation, you will be responsible to pay for any unpaid balance due and the final month’s dues. Please note, if you are set up for credit card draft or EFT, your account will be charged accordingly.

For additional information regarding our cancellation policy or changes to your account, please call (919) 876-0565 or stop by the business office at The Raleigh Racquet Club. Please allow 5-7 business days for your request to be processed.

Thank you in advance for letting us know your reason for leaving. We consider member feedback when planning for future improvements.
