Chef Jason developed a passion for food at a young age. Growing up in West Virginia, he and his dad would hunt and forage through the mountains for mushrooms and other edible plants. Further along in life he found a love for smoking meats, which sparked his career in the culinary field. Chef Jason is mostly self taught but did attend culinary school for a stint. He had worked at several clubs and restaurants before finding a home at the Raleigh Racquet Club. Since arriving at RRC, Chef Jason has elevated the cuisine and continues to impress and innovate.
