Personal Trainer and Group Exercise Instructor

Emily Jackson:

Besides my kids, family, and close friends my favorite thing in life is exercise.  I am a personal trainer; and a teacher (boot camp/HIIT, yoga, and yoga sculpt classes). At 16 I began teaching aerobics classes at a gym in my hometown; and I continued to teach on and off throughout college. During my sophomore year in college I partnered with my health education professor to film a live aerobics show on the local public access television station.

Over the years my passion for fitness has grown and expanded.  I have completed numerous marathons and other organized races, including a couple team relay races (Hood to Coast and Smokey Mountain Relays).  In 2014 I completed yoga teacher training and in 2015 I became certified to instruct m’bala (a hybrid workout involving yoga with weights and cardio). From 2012 - 2017 I was a stay at home mom; and continued to teach on the side. In August 2018 I decided to take a leap of faith and commit myself to my passion. I resigned from my office job to pursue fitness full-time. For the first time in my 15 years as a working professional I feel like I’m doing what I was born to do.

Our experienced staff is ready to outfit you for all your tennis needs.  We carry Babolat, Wilson and Yonex racquets while also offering stringing and griping services.  Try on our clothing from Icikuls, Saxx, and Fila or shoes from Babolat, K-Swiss and Wilson.   Members are also excited to utilize our on-line store in partnership with Fromuth tennis.

“My wife and I really enjoy the clinics offered at RRC. The Pros are very knowledgeable, great to work with, and my game has absolutely improved. And eating dinner afterwards at Match Point Grill is our favorite thing to do. Chef Jason is amazing! ”
